IndexStart

The zero-based index of the first item to be de-/selected.

IndexEnd

The zero-based index of the last item to be de-/selected.  IndexEnd must be greater or equal to IndexStart.

Status

Set to True to select the items, False to deselect them.

Deprecated - Provided for compatibility with earlier versions only - Use Items.SelectRange instead

The SelectRange method selects or deselects a range of items.

The SelectRange method can only be used if the Items.MultiSelect property is set to selectSftTreeMulti, indicating that multiple selection is supported.
